Terms

• While we make every effort to ensure the website shows accurate availability, we reserve the right to cancel items if we are unable to fill the order for any reason.
• Goods will be sent immediately following receipt of full payment unless noted or otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation of an order must be made within 7 days of placement otherwise a 30% cancellation fee may be applied.

Returns

• All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• No claims will be recognised after 7 days from delivery.
• Authorisation from a Lexi representative MUST be obtained before any items are returned.
• Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags still attached.
• We reserve the right to replace rather than refund any stock returned due to manufacturing faults.
